At this stage, we will ask for:

This helps us understand your requirements ahead of your consultation.
CONSULTATION & DESIGN
We will meet with you in our showroom to discuss your ideas in more detail and explore the
best layout and features for your space.

Where needed, we will create a sketch during the consultation to ensure we fully understand your vision. For more complex or completely bespoke projects, we can also produce CAD drawings and 3D visuals — allowing you to clearly see how the finished piece will look.
QUOTATION & APPROVAL
Using the agreed design, we will provide a detailed quote for your project.

Once you are happy to proceed, we will take a deposit to secure your order.
DETAILED DRAWINGS & REFINEMENT
After confirmation, we develop full CAD drawings and 3D visuals of your media wall.
​
You’ll have the opportunity to review and refine the design, to ensure every detail is exactly right before manufacturing begins.
SITE MEASURE (IF REQUIRED)
For fitted projects, we may carry out a site visit to take precise measurements and confirm all details before production.
MANUFACTURE
Your media wall is then carefully built using high-quality materials and skilled craftsmanship,
ensuring a finish that is both durable and refined.

Lead times are typically around 12 weeks from confirmation.
INSTALLATION
Prior to delivery and installation, the final balance is due.
​
We then handle full installation as part of the project, ensuring everything is fitted cleanly and precisely within your space, with careful attention to detail throughout.

We stand by the quality of our work and are always on hand to help.
